Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable software systems.
- Lead architectural decisions and ensure the integrity of the overall platform.
- Guide and mentor engineering teams, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Drive innovation by evaluating and integrating new technologies into our stack.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical execution with business objectives.
- Manage system performance, security, and scalability concerns.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of Second Class Lower (2:2).
- A minimum of 7 years experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership capacity.
- Strong expertise in at least one modern programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Go, C#, etc.).
- Experience with system architecture, cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure), CI/CD, and microservice
- Ability to work remotely in a fast-paced, collaborative team.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
