Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Power Systems Engineer with hands-on experience in the repair, troubleshooting, and installation of power backup systems. This role requires deep expertise in electronics and board-level diagnosis for systems such as Online UPS, Voltage Stabilizers, ESS and other mission-critical power electronics.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair faults in UPS systems, voltage stabilizers, inverters, and energy storage devices at both component and board level.
- Handle installation and commissioning of power systems at client sites.
- Interpret circuit diagrams and test individual components (e.g., MOSFETs, capacitors, relays, drivers, microcontrollers).
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical/electronic boards and assemblies.
- Carry out site inspections, and system audits, and generate reports.
- Support warranty service calls and provide after-sales support.
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and customer satisfaction during all engineering interventions.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience repairing power systems and electronic boards.
- Proficiency in using tools like multimeters, oscilloscopes, soldering/rework stations, etc.
- Experience with double-conversion UPS, lithium battery systems, servo AVR, and solar inverters is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of electronic circuits and components (SMPS, drivers, inverters, control logic, etc.).
- Excellent troubleshooting skills and a problem-solving mindset.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for on-site installations and service calls.
