- Basic to advanced editing and post-production capabilities
- Formal training, certification, or degree in photography or related field (optional but beneficial)
- Ability to work independently or as part of a creative team
- Willingness to travel, work evenings, weekends, or event-based schedules
- Good physical stamina for carrying equipment and long shoots
- Understanding of copyright, usage rights, and delivery formats
