Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and interpret prescriptions to ensure accuracy, legality, and suitability for patients
- Dispense prescription and OTC medications with proper labeling and instructions
- Counsel patients on drug usage, dosage, side effects, and possible drug interactions
- Maintain patient records and medication therapy documentation
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D)
- Valid pharmacist licence to practise.
- Strong understanding of pharmaceutical regulations and drug safety
- Excellent communication and patient counseling skills
- Ability to work with pharmacy management software and digital systems
Remuneration: NGN300,000
