Job summary
are seeking a Dual Qualified Nurse (RGN+RMHN) to join our integrated care team. You will manage a caseload of patients with co-occurring physical and mental health conditions in settings such as psychiatry, community rehab, or A&E.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Conduct holistic assessments covering both physiological and psychological needs.
- Administer medications (including psychotropics and IV therapies)
- Lead on care planning for conditions such as diabetes with depression or COPD with anxiety disorder.
- Provide de -escalation and brief psychological interventions.
- Liaise between medical and psychiatric teams to reduce fragmented care.
Requirements:
- Experience with electronic patient records (EPR).
- Minimum 2 years post-qualifying experience (dual registrations preferred)
- Active NMC registrations in both Adult Nursing and Mental Health Nursing.
- Venepuncture, cannulation, and ECG competency.
Remuneration: NGN100,000 -120,000( Monday to Sunday with shifts)
