We are looking to hire a Pen Supervisor to join our team.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Ensure pens are clean
- Monitor animal's health
- Supervise the daily activities within the animal pens.
- Monitor animal health, welfare, and growth performance.
- Report any abnormalities or issues to the farm manager promptly.
- Support in implementing farm biosecurity and safety protocols.
- Ensure pens are clean, well-maintained, and properly ventilated.
- Coordinate feeding schedules and monitor feed consumption.
- Maintain accurate records of stock, mortality, medications, and other relevant data.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree or HND in Agriculture, Animal Science, Veterinary Science, or a related field.
- Willingness to live or work close to the farm environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for livestock management.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
