We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Operations Superintendent to oversee the seamless day-to-day running of vessel operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong maritime background, excellent managerial capabilities, and a proven ability to interface professionally with clients and internal teams. The role ensures that all operational tasks are executed safely, efficiently, and in full alignment with company standards, client requirements, and regulatory guidelines. The position requires strong leadership, operational oversight, and effective collaboration with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of vessel operations
- Serve as the Line Manager for the operations team
- Interface with clients’ operations representatives during daily activities
- Liaise with the Technical Department for planned and unplanned maintenance
- Maintain and update the activity schedule for all operational vessels
- Monitor and track key operational KPIs such as fuel consumption, downtime, data usage, etc.
- Keep accurate records of vessel activity logs and provide regular operational reports as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of a First Degree in a Marine-related field
- Higher qualifications will be an added advantage
- Minimum of 5 years cognate experience in operations and client interfacing
- Prior experience in the Maritime or Oil & Gas industry is mandatory
- Strong ability in crew supervision during operations
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
- Expertise in daily vessel operations scheduling
- Good understanding of Maritime Laws and the ISM Code
- Strong managerial and leadership abilities
- High cognitive reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional attention to detail
