Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Drive sales growth by ensuring revenue targets are met and exceeded within the region.
- Ensure alignment of all Business Development teams with company goals, productivity standards, and performance targets.
- Coordinate operational support for sales and business development teams.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary
- Collaborate with regional and sales leadership to achieve business targets
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective actions, and any duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management, preferably within fintech, sales-driven, or financial services organizations.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools.
- Ability to manage multiple teams and operational processes.
