Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Fulfil statutory, regulatory and mandatory activities, interfacing with any relevant agencies/bodies for entity establishment, compliance and data functions.
- Monitor compliance with relevant codes, regulations and legislation.
- Review legislative and regulatory operating environment and changes - developing products, processes, procedures, checklists, etc.
- Develop and improve processes around core services and business processes to ensure client organisations are operations-ready, compliant and best placed to succeed.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related field
- Professional certification of Chartered Secretary (ICSAN), Accountant (ICAN), or, Lawyer/Barrister (Nigerian Bar) is an essential and non-negotiable requirement.
- A high degree of conscientiousness and a calm demeanour.
- A natural desire to work with clients, prioritising positive customer experiences.
- Develop and nurture good working relationships with stakeholders.
- Inquisitive, proactive and result driven.
- Excellent communication in English, both verbal and in writing.
- Handle a lot of freedom on the job and work independently within a team.
- You are willing to take risks, accept critique and can provide fearless feedback.
