Job Description/Requirements
Candidates must have completed their LL.B degree and written Nigerian Bar final examinations
Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research on various issues and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
- Draft legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and agreements.
- Assist in litigation matters, including court appearances and case management.
- Work on commercial transactions, providing legal support and advice.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal solutions.
- Keep abreast of legal developments and updates in relevant areas of law.
- Ensure compliance with ethical standards and professional conduct.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a university degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Nigerian Bar (B.L).
- Currently serving or about to commence the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC).
- Strong interest in Litigation and Commercial Transactions.
Skills:
- Excellent writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Advocacy skills and ability to represent the firm effectively.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficient in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
