Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating architectural drawings, layouts, and 3D visualizations.
- Support the design team in concept development and presentation preparation.
- Conduct site visits and prepare reports on project progress.
- Research materials, design standards, and building regulations.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing registers.
- Collaborate with engineers, quantity surveyors, and contractors.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. or B.Tech. in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Currently enrolled in the NYSC program.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Lumion (or similar design tools).
- Detail-oriented, creative, and eager to learn.
- Strong teamwork, communication, and time-management skills.
