Job Summary
The Network Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, maintenance, and security of TCL’s IT systems and network infrastructure. This role requires a technically skilled and detail-oriented professional with strong expertise across system administration, networking, troubleshooting, and Microsoft technologies.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues to ensure optimal system performance.
- Manage and maintain operating systems across multiple environments, including Windows, macOS, and Linux.
- Configure, monitor, and maintain core networking components — including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers, VPNs, and remote access solutions.
- Implement and enforce security protocols to protect the organization from threats such as malware and phishing, while supporting Microsoft Entra ID and Endpoint Management (Intune/SCCM).
- Administer and maintain user accounts, permissions, and group policies within Active Directory.
- Manage help desk operations, including ticket tracking, escalation, and documentation, ensuring timely user support.
- Provide Microsoft 365 / Office 365 Administration and Support, including User/License Management, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, and basic Security & Compliance configurations.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell to streamline repetitive administrative tasks.
- Support Microsoft Azure infrastructure by monitoring performance, managing user access, and ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation for all configurations, procedures, and incident resolutions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT systems, networking, or systems administration roles.
- Professional certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, or M365 Administrator Associate are an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, Active Directory, and network troubleshooting tools.
- Practical experience in endpoint management, security compliance, and automation scripting (PowerShell).
- Working understanding of Azure cloud services and remote access technologies.
- Advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent understanding of system and network architecture.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft technologies (M365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune/SCCM).
- High attention to detail, security awareness, and user support orientation.
- Analytical thinking with a structured approach to issue resolution.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple technical tasks effectively.
