Job Overview

We are looking for a talented Mid-Level Motion Graphics Designer with strong video editing skills to join our creative team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in creating engaging 2D and 3D motion graphics, and animations that bring concepts to life.

You will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality explainer videos, product demos, promotional content, and customer testimonial videos to simplify complex ideas and enhance our brand storytelling.

Additionally, you will edit and enhance raw footage, integrate animations, transitions, and sound, and manage video projects from concept to completion, ensuring they align with our brand and objectives.

Job Roles & Responsibilities

●     Create engaging motion graphics for branding, marketing assets, social media, and digital campaigns

●     Design and animate original 2D and 3D motion graphics for explainer videos, product demos, promotional content, and customer testimonials

●     Edit and enhance raw video footage, integrating animations, transitions, visual effects, and sound design for a polished final product

●     Develop custom illustrations and assets for motion design projects, ensuring unique and visually compelling storytelling

●     Utilize 3D modeling & animation to enhance motion graphics projects (if applicable)

●     Manage video projects from concept to completion, including storyboarding, scripting, and final execution, ensuring alignment with brand and marketing goals

●     Collaborate with the brand and communications teams to conceptualize and execute visually impactful video content

●     Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and techniques to continuously improve motion design quality and innovation

●     Ensure consistency in design and animation style, maintaining brand guidelines and visual identity across all projects

●     Optimize motion graphics and videos for different platforms, ensuring high-quality output across web, social media, and digital advertising channels

Requirements

●     Bachelor's Degree in Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred but not mandatory)

●     4-6 years of experience in a similar role

●     Experience with VFX and compositing to enhance video content is a plus

●     Strong illustration skills, with the ability to create custom graphics and assets for motion design in both 2D and 3D is a plus.

●     3D experience in modeling & animation is a plus

●     Ability to create and animate original motion graphics for branding, marketing assets, and social media

●     Ability to edit and enhance raw footage, integrating animations, transitions, and sound for a polished final product

●     Experience in storyboarding, scripting, and conceptualizing video content is a plus

●     Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and engagement strategies

●     Ability to manage video projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and alignment with brand objectives

●     Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

●     Knowledge of current design trends and emerging motion graphics techniques
