Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor mixers and blending equipment.
- Measure and load raw materials according to prescribed formulas or work orders.
- Ensure mixing parameters (speed, temperature, duration) are followed.
- Inspect and verify ingredients for quality and accuracy before mixing.
- Maintain accurate batch records, logs, and paperwork.
- Clean and sanitize equipment before and after each batch or product changeover.
- Troubleshoot and report equipment malfunctions or deviations from specifications.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety regulations, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Coordinate with quality control and production teams to meet production goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Assist with inventory tracking and raw material storage as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience
- BSc. Degree in any field of study
