Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Properly collecting, labeling, and preserving blood, urine, tissue, and other samples.
- Operating and maintaining instruments for hematology, microbiology, chemistry, immunology, and molecular biology.
- Ensuring test accuracy through calibration, control samples, and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Identifying cells, microorganisms, and abnormalities under the microscope.
- Analyzing and interpreting test results to support clinical decisions.
- Maintaining precision in measurements, calculations, and reporting.
- Investigating unexpected results or equipment
- Applying medical and scientific knowledge to evaluate complex findings.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma
- 3 years of previous work experience in similar role
