Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality dental diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
- Perform procedures including restorations, extractions, RCTs, scaling & polishing, crowns/bridges, and cosmetic treatments
- Provide clear patient education and treatment guidance
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with clinic staff to enhance patient experience and workflow
- Support outreach programs and oral health campaigns
Requirements:
- BDS or BChD from a recognised institution
- Valid MDCN practising license
- Minimum of 4 years post-NYSC clinical experience
- Strong general dentistry capability (cosmetic/restorative skills are an advantage)
- Excellent communication, empathy, and patient-management skills
- Calm, polished, and confidence-driven clinical presence
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
