Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, ductwork, ventilation, and related mechanical components.
- Read and interpret mechanical/HVAC drawings and ensure execution according to specifications.
- Assign tasks and monitor the performance of HVAC technicians and site workers.
- Inspect HVAC systems to ensure proper installation, functionality, and safety compliance.
- Resolve on-site technical issues and guide the team.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other supervisors to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain daily site activity logs and progress reports.
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations on site.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND or Technical Certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2+ years of hands-on supervisory experience in HVAC system installations and maintenance.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC components, troubleshooting, and installation standards.
- Ability to read mechanical drawings and supervise accurate execution.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Must be based in Lagos or willing to work in Lagos.
