Job Summary

Our client a certified interior and exterior design and beautification company, providing world-class services, ranging from space planning, layout planning & design, interior decoration including furniture and fitting, finishing and installation, smart homes automation, and lightening, is seeking to fill the role with someone who's naturally talented, who cares about the products sold by the company, who is very good in networking and making contacts where it matters. If you have excellent communication skills, with the ability to bring in new clients, while retaining existing clients, can use all available channels to attract the right type of clients. effectively multi-task, and prefer a friendly, cheerful, and enjoyable work environment, then you may be the one we're looking for.

  • Plan, develop and execute the marketing strategy
  • Focus on the experience and success of current customers
  • Prepare and present campaigns results
  • Educate customers about new products and services
  • Encourage others to act as advocates
  • Build rapport with customers to increase renewals, referrals, and cross-sell and upsell opportunities
  • Lead and manage customer engagement and communication programs, such as in-person/virtual events, workshops, annual conferences, awards programs, onboarding, and ongoing nurture campaigns
  • Connecting with customers to ensure continued education and success throughout the relationship lifecycle
  • Identifying key customers that can act as a marketing channel through case studies, speaking opportunities, etc.
  • To attend to any other directive which the CEO may assign.

Job Requirements:

  • An HND, or B.Sc. from a recognized and approved institution
  • 3 – 5 years’ practical experience as a marketing officer
  • Technical knowledge of the latest digital marketing tools and channels, including Customer Relationship Management platforms and marketing automation platforms
  • Experience creating and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer engagement and advocacy
  • Proven experience in communications, marketing, analytics, or related field
  • Understanding of various marketing and sales touchpoints
  • Good writer and content creator
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver.

Remuneration: Monthly allowance + Commission from meeting targets, sales, and referrals of clients.
