Responsibilities:
Growth Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies aligned with revenue objectives
- Design and optimize full-funnel lead generation systems (TOFU, MOFU, BOFU)
- Drive scalable acquisition through paid media, organic strategies, and partnership channels
- Identify new growth opportunities through experimentation and data analysis
Lead Generation & Performance Marketing:
- Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Optimize campaigns for Cost per Lead (CPL), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
- Develop and manage landing pages to improve conversion rates
- Oversee email marketing and CRM-based nurture sequences
Funnel & Conversion Optimization:
- Analyse user journeys and optimize conversion touchpoints
- Implement A/B testing frameworks for ads, landing pages, and email campaigns
- Improve lead-to-MQL and MQL-to-SQL conversion rates
- Collaborate with sales to refine targeting and qualification criteria
Analytics & Reporting:
- Establish KPIs and performance dashboards
- Monitor campaign performance and provide weekly and monthly reporting
- Leverage analytics tools to inform strategic decision-making
- Provide data-backed recommendations for scaling or reallocating budget
Marketing Technology & Automation:
- Manage marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Salesforce, GoHighLevel)
- Ensure accurate tracking and attribution across campaigns
- Integrate CRM and lead management workflows
Requirements:
- 3–7+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation roles
- Demonstrated success in generating measurable lead growth
- Strong proficiency in paid media platforms and analytics tools
- Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation platforms
- Advanced understanding of funnels, attribution, and performance metrics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- Experience in healthcare, professional services, or B2B industries
- Experience managing remote campaigns for international markets
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization tools and landing page builders
