Skills Required

Strong knowledge of hotel electrical systems including lighting HVAC elevators kitchen equipment fire alarms and backup generators Ability to diagnose troubleshoot and repair electrical faults quickly to minimize downtime Experience with preventive and routine maintenance of hotel electrical installations and appliances Familiarity with BMS (Building Management Systems) and energy-efficient electrical practices Understanding of electrical safety codes and hotel operational standards Ability to install maintain and repair wiring outlets switches lighting fixtures and control panels Knowledge of UPS systems power distribution boards and emergency lighting Ability to work with contractors during repairs renovations or electrical upgrades.

Job Summary

A Maintenance Personnel who maintains and repairs all electrical systems in the hotel to ensure smooth operations, guest safety, and uninterrupted power supply. The role involves preventive maintenance, quick troubleshooting, and supporting facility upgrades.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Maintain, repair, and improve all electrical systems and equipment within the hotel.
This includes ensuring safe and efficient operation of lighting systems, HVAC units, elevators, kitchen equipment, power distribution panels, and emergency systems.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and emergency troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure a comfortable experience for guests.
Support renovation projects, liaise with external contractors, and keep detailed maintenance records.
