The Machinist Supervisor will oversee all machining and mechanical workshop operations to ensure timely repair, maintenance, and fabrication of machine parts for the noodles production lines. The role involves supervising machinists, ensuring precision and quality in all machining activities, managing tooling and spare parts inventory.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise machinists and workshop technicians in performing machining, fitting, and fabrication tasks.
- Plan and coordinate daily workshop operations to support production and maintenance needs.
- Inspect and troubleshoot mechanical components, ensuring timely repair and replacement.
- Fabricate, modify, and assemble mechanical parts using lathe, milling, drilling, and grinding machines.
- Maintain accurate records of machining work orders, repairs, and fabricated parts.
- Monitor and control the usage of tools, materials, and equipment to reduce wastage.
- Collaborate with the maintenance and production teams to improve machine performance and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.
- Train and mentor junior machinists and technicians.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience.
- A minimum of an OND.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Operation of lathe milling, drilling and surface grinding machines
- Understanding of mechanical drawings
- Knowledge of gear cutting
- Threading and fabrication techniques
