Machine Learning Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Work with cross-functional teams in a collaborative environment to design and implement sophisticated machine learning systems 
• Develop, train, and deploy ML models that drive business value and customer insights 
• Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms and techniques
• Build scalable data pipelines and automated model training workflows 

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience in Machine Learning Model Development and Deployment, Deep Learning and Neural Networks, Data Science and Statistical Analysis and MLOps and Model Production Systems
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud ML platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure), 
• Proficient in Data Analytics 
• Experience building and deploying ML web services using FastAPI and/or Django frameworks 
• Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimisation 
• Strong mathematical foundation in statistics, linear algebra, and calculus
• A strong desire to learn emerging AI technologies and research methodologies

• Competitive Compensation (Full-Time): NGN 250,000 - NGN 700,000 monthly (based on expertise)
