Job summary
The Logistics Admin Officer is responsible for coordinating and supporting logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods, proper documentation, and smooth communication between the warehouse, drivers, vendors, and management.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise shipment examinations and oversee port operations.
- Prepare shipment assessments and all required documentation.
- Ensure accurate HS code classification and tariff compliance.
- Liaise with customs officers to ensure smooth and cost-effective cargo clearance.
- Process container deposit refunds.
- Monitor damaged or incomplete goods and take appropriate action.
- Ensure proper documentation, timely delivery, and adherence to workplace safety standards.
- Research item prices and functions using social media and online tools.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. / HND in a relevant field (minimum of a good grade)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Smart, intelligent, bold, and confident personality
