We seek to hire a professional and well-organised Legal Officer to help provide legal advice to management and departments on all aspects of banking operations and regulatory compliance.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to management and departments on all aspects of banking operations and regulatory compliance.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, loan agreements, service-level agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure all contracts entered into by the Bank are legally sound and protect the Bank’s interests.
Requirements:
- LL.B. and B.L.
- A higher degree may be an added advantage.
- Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., NBA, IBA, etc.) is a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years post-call experience, preferably in the financial services or MFB sector.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite.
