Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions and company operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and government laws.
- Manage legal risks and provide strategies to mitigate them.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, law enforcement agencies, and external solicitors.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, when necessary.
- Handle property documentation, title verification, and due diligence processes.
- Monitor and update the company on changes in laws affecting the real estate industry.
Requirements:
- LL.B and BL from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a corporate legal role, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent contract drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong communication, research, and problem-solving abilities.
