Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Litigation
- Legal Drafting and Contract Management
- Client interviews and Briefing
- Real Estate and Corporate Law
- Ability to work alone and unsupervised
- Must have a working knowledge of the CAC and its requirements as well as a working knowledge of registration of trademarks and patents.
- Preparation of title documentation and obtaining of consent at the federal and state levels
