Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee company lawsuits, regulatory compliance, and train company staff to stay within the law.
- Serves as the primary legal advisor to the organization, providing sound and timely counsel on a broad range of legal issues.
- Advise on employment law matters, including hiring, firing, discipline, leaves of absence, and accommodations.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, regulators, and industry associations.
- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Orienting new employees and training existing employees.
- Ensure accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information.
Requirement:
- 3 years of practice experience.
- Minimum academic qualification of a BSc
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
