Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Legal Executive Assistant to provide administrative support to the GMD. The successful candidate will be responsible for drafting proposals and documents, managing multiple tasks, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations of the GMD

  • Minimum Qualification : Degree
  • Experience Level : Senior level
  • Experience Length : 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the GMD, including preparing and editing legal documents, correspondence, and reports.
  • Offering guidance on legal issues, potential liabilities, and recommended courses of action to the GMD.
  • Assist the GMD in coordinating, preparing for meetings, conferences, and other events.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and legal trends to provide informed advice and recommendations to the GMD.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
  • Assisting in the development of guidelines, procedures, and policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
  • Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Minimum LLB
  • Must have completed Law School
  • At least 5 years of experience as a legal executive assistant or in a related role
  • Previous experience as a Legal Executive Assistant will be a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with document management systems and other legal software
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Professional and courteous demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a rapidly changing environment
