Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Work with other team members to achieve the Firm’s overall objective
- Conduct legal research and provide legal opinion/advice for the firm and Clients.
- Negotiate, prepare, and review contracts on behalf of Clients.
- Advice on and assist Clients with various regulatory compliance issues
- Carry out other tasks that may be assigned by the firm from time to time.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any related discipline
- Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience
- Excellent interpersonal and people skills
- Proficiency in using collaboration and productivity tools
- Applicant must be available to resume immediately and stay close enough to easily access the Office at Yaba.
