Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and representation for clients on personal injury, accident, medical negligence, and environmental degradation claims.
- Draft and review legal documents, claim forms, and agreements.
- Liaise with external counsel, government institutions, and insurance firms.
- Research case laws, precedents, and industry regulations.
- Collaborate with the Claimant Engagement Team to guide clients through legal processes.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws on compensation and injury claims.
Requirements:
- LLB, BL with a valid legal license to practice.
- 2-3 years experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Experience with claims portals or legal tech platforms is a plus.
