Job Summary

We are a FMCG (confectionary) manufacturer looking for a candidate who will independently take care of important clients from Modern trade. We are currently offering a great opportunity to join our successful sales team in Lagos and developing your future career.

  • Minimum Qualification: Degree
  • Experience Level: Management level
  • Experience Length: 10 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing or relevant course
  • 10+ years sales experience in FMCG
  • 3+ years minimum Sales experience in the FMCG industry as Key Account Manager
  • Key Account FMCG experience is a must. Preferably in the modern trade
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to generate and analyze reports
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office, mainly Excel, Word, Power Point and Microsoft Outlook. Prior experience in SAP is a plus.
  • Sales and goal-oriented personality
  • Self-driven and accountable

Responsibilities:

  • Developing productive long-term relationships with key customers
  • Creating long term strategies with the clients
  • Act as a main contact for existing and new customers
  • Reaching sales targets across all key account nationwide
  • Implementing a national sales strategy across key accounts
  • Preparing volume forecasts and plans
  • Closely cooperating with other departments involved with your accounts
  • Develop in-store visibility plans and follow-up to achieve timely & effective implementation
  • Initiate & develop annual marketing/promotion plans across key accounts nationwide
