The Key Account Manager will coordinate, develop and implement business strategy for the trade sales channel to achieve the budgeted contribution and grow market share. Establish and build customer relationships, manage key accounts, host and execute events, and proactively seek opportunities to grow existing business to drive growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with high-volume clients to accomplish organic growth and long-term company objectives.
- Research key customer wants and needs.
- Suggest solutions that answer clients' needs and want.
- Ensure the ordered products are delivered promptly.
- Serve as the contact point for key customers and internal teams.
- Resolve customers' complaints effectively and respectfully.
- Gather, report and communicate customers' feedback on service, technology and product delivery.
- Research and source new potential clients
- Measure, track and analyze key account metrics
- Create reports for upper management.
- Keep up-to-date with industry and market trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related discipline.
- Minimum of 5 years of proven work experience in a Management role.
- Professional certification in management is an added advantage.
- Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with an aptitude for building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
