About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Key Account Manager with a strong background in marketing or advertising to manage and grow strategic client relationships. Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts
•
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
•
Understand clients’ business objectives and translate them into marketing strategies and campaign briefs
•
Collaborate with internal teams (creative, media, strategy) to deliver high-quality campaigns
•
Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to clients
•
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling services
•
Prepare and present reports, proposals, and performance reviews
•
Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement
Requirements
•
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field
•
3–6 years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency
•
Strong understanding of marketing channels (digital, social media, media buying, content, etc.)
•
Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and meet deadlines
•
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
•
Commercially driven with a strong focus on revenue growth and client retention
•
Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
