Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts, agreements, and legal documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Support compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements
- Assist in handling litigation matters and court filings
- Liaise with external lawyers, courts, and regulatory bodies
- Maintain proper legal records and documentation
Requirements:
- LL.B and BL (called to the Nigerian Bar, added advantage)
- Minimum of 1 year post-call experience
- Good knowledge of Nigerian legal practice
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
- Good communication and organizational skills
