- Embedded Intelligence – Deep dive into ESP32, STM32, and specialized sensor fusion (Voice, GPS, CO₂, and environmental telemetry).
- Inventor Curriculum – Study the principles of Practical Electronics for Inventors through hands‑on experimentation.
- Expert Mentorship – Attend weekly sessions with local and international industry experts to bridge the gap between theory and industry.
Phase 2 – Product Development (Months 7–12)
- Stipend Eligibility – Upon successful completion of Phase 1, trainees who demonstrate technical excellence and commitment will unlock a monthly stipend.
- Market‑Ready Innovation – Identify a specific socio‑economic problem in Nigeria and lead the design of an Alpha and Beta prototype.
- Industrial Design – Transition from breadboards to custom PCB design and professional enclosures.
- The Final Demo – The program culminates in a public showcase of your commercial prototype to potential investors and industry leaders.
Requirements
- Recent graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Demonstrated passion for hardware (e.g., personal projects, robotics, or DIY electronics).
- Ability to commit full‑time for 12 months to an intensive R&D environment.
- Analytical mindset with a “bias for action” – we value people who build more than they talk.

- A workspace powered by innovation and driven by excellence.
- The rare opportunity to own the end‑to‑end development of a real‑world product.
