Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, servers), software, and networks.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues.
- Assist users with IT-related problems.
- Ensure the security of IT systems through measures like data backup, antivirus protection, and access controls.
- Manage and monitor network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Plan and execute IT projects, such as upgrades, migrations, and installations.
- Document IT systems, configurations, and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand IT needs and requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
