Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, including account setup and network configuration
- Talk clients through a series of actions, either via phone, email, or chat, until they’ve solved a technical issue
- Installing and configuring Computer systems
- Carry out Network installation from Layer 1 to at least Layer 3
- Monitor logged tickets and identify potential issues proactively
- Maintain relationships with new and existing clients. .
- Prepare regular technical reports for team Supervisor review and meetings
Requirements:
- Knowledge and hands-on configuration of Active Directory
- Hands-on printing machines, both hardware and software
- Good understanding of computer systems
- Good knowledge/hands-on CCTV Surveillance system
- Good knowledge/ familiarity with Cisco, Sophos, and Microsoft 365
