IT Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware/software issues for staff
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment (desktops, laptops, printers, etc.)
• Manage network infrastructure, Wi-Fi connectivity, and cybersecurity
• Support construction project management software and tools
• Provide IT support for site offices, ensuring connectivity and system uptime
• Collaborate with project teams to implement IT solutions for construction projects
• Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure data security
• Assist in IT procurement and vendor management

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science/IT or related field
• 1-2 years of IT support experience
• Knowledge of networking, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft tools, project management software, and remote support tools
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Willingness to travel to construction sites as needed
• Ideal candidate must reside in Abuja.
