We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist to support and maintain the company’s technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, troubleshooting, and network management, with the ability to ensure system stability and smooth IT operations.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level and advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
- Monitor system performance, security, and data backups to ensure optimal uptime.
- Manage user accounts, system access levels, and security permissions.
- Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly and document incidents.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT issues.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in IT support or systems administration.
- CompTIA A+ certification or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
- Working knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
