Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive IT Specialist to support and maintain the company’s technology systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical support, troubleshooting, and network management, with the ability to ensure system stability and smooth IT operations.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Provide first-level and advanced technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals.
Monitor system performance, security, and data backups to ensure optimal uptime.
Manage user accounts, system access levels, and security permissions.
Perform routine system updates, patches, and antivirus management.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical faults promptly and document incidents.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT issues.

Requirements:

OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ practical experience in IT support or systems administration.
CompTIA A+ certification or its equivalent will be an added advantage.
Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills and strong customer service orientation.
Working knowledge of networking concepts and operating systems.
