Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and networks.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
- Manage network security, data backups, and system updates.
- Provide technical support to staff and resolve IT-related problems promptly.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT assets and activities.
- Ensure the smooth operation of internet connectivity and office technology.
- Assist with the implementation of new IT solutions and improvements.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proficiency in system maintenance, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of MS Office, operating systems, and basic cybersecurity.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous IT support experience is an added advantage.
