Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Technical Support:
- Provide technical assistance and support to end-users.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Project Assistance:
- Assist with IT projects, such as system implementations, upgrades, and migrations.
- Collaborate with IT team members on project tasks and deliverables.
Network and System Administration:
- Assist with network and system administration tasks, such as monitoring, maintenance, and backups.
- Learn and participate in system administration tasks.
Cybersecurity:
- Assist with cybersecurity tasks, such as vulnerability scanning and patch management.
- Learn and adhere to cybersecurity best practices.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and processes.
- Assist with reporting and analytics tasks.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
