Job summary
An Inventory Associate is responsible for supporting stock control activities by receiving, recording, organizing, and monitoring inventory to ensure accurate stock levels and smooth store or warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials
- Organize and store inventory properly in the store or warehouse
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excesses
- Update inventory records and maintain accurate documentation
- Conduct routine stock counts and assist with stock reconciliation
- Prepare items for dispatch or internal distribution
- Ensure proper labeling and arrangement of goods
- Support the inventory or warehouse team in daily operations
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the storage area
Requirements:
- Minimum of SSCE, OND, or equivalent qualification
- Previous experience in inventory, storekeeping, warehouse, or logistics roles is an advantage
- Good numerical and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge, especially in Excel or inventory systems
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Physical ability to handle stock movement when required
