This position supports both the production and sales teams by implementing inventory systems, managing stock movement, and conducting detailed inspect

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inventory Management: Oversees stock levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping, timely restocking, and efficient inventory turnover.
  • Stock Monitoring & Reconciliation: Tracks incoming and outgoing inventory, conducts regular stock counts, and reconciles physical stock with digital records to prevent discrepancies.
  • Production Tracking: Coordinates with production teams to monitor the status of orders, track quantities, and ensure timely delivery of finished products.
  • Quality Assurance: Implements and enforces quality standards across all products, inspecting materials and finished items to ensure they meet brand specifications.
  • Defect Management: Identifies, documents, and manages defective items, coordinating repairs or replacements while minimizing losses.
  • Vendor & Supplier Coordination: Collaborates with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of quality materials and resolves any supply or quality-related issues.
  • Reporting & Documentation: Maintains accurate records of inventory movements, quality checks, and performance reports to support decision-making and forecasting.


Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience in inventory control or quality assurance, preferably in the fashion or apparel industry.
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, textiles, and fashion production standards.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management software or spreadsheets (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets).
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product quality and finish.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
