Job summary

<p>We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to support inventory management, logistics coordination, and administrative operations. The role involves maintaining accurate stock records, processing orders, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth communication between Sales, Accounts, and Logistics teams.</p>

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain accurate inventory records using specialized software, track, monitor and manage available stock, incoming and outgoing shipments, and prepare shipping documents like invoices, purchase orders, and track payments. 
  • Perform data entry for orders, track inventory and delivery dates using ERP systems, and generate various operational reports. 
  • Act as a liaison between clients, suppliers, and other departments, handle inquiries, and coordinate with freight companies. 
  • Assist with planning shipments based on product availability and customer needs, ensuring timely deliveries, and potentially scheduling drivers or warehouse staff. 
  • Act as the bridge between Sales, Accounts, and Logistics to ensure efficiency in day-to-day Backup & Continuity.
  • Maintain Excel backups to safeguard against ERP downtime, ensuring business continuity. 
  • Manage office supplies, maintain files, and handle general clerical duties such as answering phones and other related duties.
  • Compare ERP vs Excel backups & Invoices Generated to detect fraud, ghost sales, or stock leakage.
  • All other tasks assigned to you by the HR & CEO


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Accounting, or a related field
  • 1–3 years’ experience in operations, inventory management, or administrative roles
  • Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel (including basic formulas and data tracking)
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
  • Good understanding of inventory processes, order tracking, and logistics coordination
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work across teams (Sales, Accounts, Logistics)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • High level of integrity and accountability
