Job Summary
Our client is a Canadian Immigration and Education Consulting firm involved in helping immigrants come to Canada through various immigration programs. We are looking for a skilled, analytical, and organized Canadian Immigration Case Processing Officer to assist with packaging applications for our clients from Nigeria and around the world.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Review and respond to client enquiries.
- Document review and packaging of immigration applications.
- Work with clients to gather necessary information and documentation promptly.
- Prepare forms, letters, and other documents.
- Finalize documents for review by Managers.
- Manage your caseload and clients.
- Provide information and assistance to clients regarding legal procedures
- Update database(s) and utilize case preparation/management tools effectively and efficiently
- Monitor the status of all filed applications and petitions
- Set up and maintain filing systems, using knowledge of legal records & procedures & frequently controlling confidential materials & documents
- May perform other office duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Degree in Legal Studies or Language Studies.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience as an Immigration officer or related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills when talking to people with limited English language ability.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- A good eye for detail.
- Ability to work in a team.
