Responsibilities:
Clean and maintain guest rooms and common areas:
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces.
- Change linens, make beds, and replenish amenities.
- Ensure rooms are presented to the highest standards.
Laundry and linen management:
- Wash, dry, fold, and store linens and uniforms.
- Monitor inventory and report shortages.
Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment:
- Safely use and store cleaning chemicals.
- Report broken or malfunctioning equipment.
Adhere to hygiene and safety standards:
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times.
- Use protective gear when handling chemicals.
- Report hazards or maintenance issues promptly.
Support guest satisfaction:
- Respond to guest requests courteously and efficiently.
- Ensure a welcoming and comfortable environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE.
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role.
Proven experience as a housekeeper or cleaner
Knowledge of cleaning techniques
tools
and supplies
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
