Spa Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Perform different types of facial treatments professionally.
• Perform various massage treatments with proper technique and professionalism.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their needs, preferences, allergies, and relevant contraindications before treatments.
• Provide professional aftercare advice and appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Ensure clients are comfortable and receive an exceptional experience throughout their visit.
• Maintain strict hygiene, sanitation, and infection-control standards.
• Prepare, clean, sanitize, and properly maintain treatment rooms and equipment before and after every client.
• Maintain accurate client treatment records and document products used where required.
• Monitor treatment products and supplies and report low stock to management.
• Recommend suitable skincare products and treatments based on clients’ needs.
• Handle client concerns professionally and escalate serious issues to management.
• Maintain client confidentiality at all times.
• Work professionally and cooperatively with other team members.
• Attend required meetings and training sessions.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and standard operating protocols.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years’ solid professional experience as a spa therapist.
• Must have strong practical experience in facials, particularly different types of facial treatments.
• Must be highly skilled in massage therapy.
• Previous experience working in a spa, aesthetic clinic, or medical spa is required.
• Relevant certificate/qualification in beauty therapy, aesthetics, cosmetology, spa therapy, or a related field.
• Must currently reside in Lagos or its environs.
• Professional appearance, excellent hygiene, and good communication skills.
• Must be reliable, punctual, client-focused, and willing to work as part of a team.

Remuneration: NGN120,000 - 150,000 monthly

Benefit: Temporary accommodation provided from Monday to Saturday evening. Staff are expected to return home on Saturday evening and resume on Monday.

Work Schedule:

• Monday – Saturday
• 9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
