Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and monitor extruders, dryers, and pelletizing equipment
- Control temperature zones, screw speed, pressure, and feed rates
- Pre-dry raw materials and nylon chips to prevent moisture defects
- Perform screen changes, die cleaning, and basic troubleshooting
- Conduct in-process QC checks: pellet size, moisture, visual inspection
- Maintain production logs and follow all HSE safety procedures
- Support material handling, bagging, and line changeovers
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- A minimum of an SSCE
