Job summary
We are seeking a skilled, professional, well-groomed, and patient-focused Registered Dental Nurse / Aesthetic Nurse to join our growing clinic team. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong nursing and clinical skills, excellent personal hygiene and grooming, outstanding patient-care abilities, and a professional approach to client service. The successful candidate will support both dental and aesthetic treatments, ensuring that every client receives safe, comfortable, professional, and high-quality care throughout their treatment journey.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Assist the dentist during dental procedures and treatments.
- Provide professional chairside assistance and support during dental procedures.
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, equipment, and treatment areas before procedures.
- Prepare clients for dental and aesthetic procedures.
- Support aesthetic procedures and treatments under appropriate clinical supervision.
- Competently perform or assist with injections, IV and IM procedures, skin treatments, and other basic clinical procedures within professional scope and authorization.
- Administer IVs and assist with IV therapy where appropriately trained and authorized.
- Take and accurately record patients’ vital signs and relevant treatment information.
- Monitor and support clients before, during, and after treatments.
- Maintain strict infection prevention, sterilisation, and clinical hygiene standards.
- Provide clear pre-treatment and aftercare instructions to clients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records and treatment documentation.
- Ensure all clinical equipment, instruments, and treatment areas are clean, organised, and properly maintained.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a warm, comfortable experience for every client.
- Maintain professional communication and appropriate boundaries with clients.
- Follow all clinic protocols, safety standards, and professional nursing guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with dentists, aesthetic practitioners, and other members of the clinic team.
- Assist with other clinical and operational duties as required.
- Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with valid professional registration/licence.
- Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Previous experience in aesthetic nursing, dental nursing, or a related clinical environment is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention, sterilisation, and clinical hygiene.
- Must be confident with vital signs and basic patient care.
- Experience with IV cannulation and IV therapy is an advantage.
- Experience with aesthetic treatments, Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, facials, skin treatments, or other aesthetic procedures is an added advantage.
- Dental chairside experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
