Home Healthcare Clinical Provider

Responsibilities:

• Conduct scheduled home visits to patients across Lagos Mainland and Island
• Provide basic clinical care and support, including but not limited to:
• Vital signs monitoring
• Medication assistance and administration (as applicable)
• Wound care and basic procedures
• Patient hygiene and mobility support
• Monitor patient conditions and report observations accurately
• Educate patients and caregivers on basic health practices and care plans
• Maintain accurate visit records and clinical documentation
• Adhere strictly to healthcare protocols, ethics, and confidentiality standards
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and care coordinators

Requirements:

• Must be a verified and certified Nurse, Health Assistant or Community Health Worker
• Valid professional certification/license
• Previous clinical or home-care experience is an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient-focused, and reliable
• Ability to move around Lagos (Mainland & Island)
• Ownership of a smartphone and the ability to use basic digital tools
• Strong attention to detail
• Time management and punctuality
• Ability to work independently during home visits
• Professional appearance and conduct
• Willingness to learn and adapt
